For a critical life-saving product, I was disappointed to see "Made in Taiwan" first thing out of the package. (The online declaration of conformity only mentioned Utah.)I love Taiwan as a democratic nation, and I would truly love to see more Taiwan products on Amazon GENERALLY ... but NOT for top-flight safety gear!Quality control in Taiwan and actual product performance currently is not that much better than Mainland China. I really wish it were, speaking from experience with many Made in Taiwan products.Great for fun consumer gadgets - bad idea for gear to save your life!Looks nice, but when put to the test, who knows?Should be Made in Utah, as the declaration of conformity would imply.

Included this in my EDC. Totally worth it.
