This thing is amazing. Look at photos!I only have two cats, but I have new carpeting that is only year and a half old that the people in charge of getting this house ready before I moved in, gave me the cheapest carpet they could and charged me a fortune. I can only vacuum my carpet once a month otherwise there will be nothing left. Every time I vacuum my Dyson canister fills up almost halfway w/ carpet fiber, white powder dust, which is from cheap carpet and padding and Cat hair. I have four oriental/decorative rugs that I use my Dyson hand VAC on and one of them I can actually vacuum with my upright Dyson. My friend had posted this Black & Deckeron her Facebook page so I got one. It came a day later and now I need to vacuum my carpeting because this is what I got off my carpets.I’m a very clean person, I do not wear shoes in my house and I swiffer my floors often because of the crappy carpet fiber situation. I just swiffered my floors and shook out the bathroom, rugs and kitchen rug two days ago and 44 hours later. I swiffered again after I used this product and unbelievable how much on the swiffer cloths already because I need to vacuum my carpeting, but I worry. I will be vacuuming today. This carpet situation has been driving me crazy for a year and a half.When I use my Dyson upright-on my carpeting, a third of it is full of white powder substance which is because it’s crappy carpet and padding and that’s been since day one moving into this house a year and a half ago. Wanted to move out this year. I’m gonna do one more year and then I’m out of here.Anyway, back to the review. Five stars!!!!Read instructions!! Go back-and-forth a foot or two all over and dump the container often. If you don’t go back-and-forth, it won’t clean off the purple strips that have the hair on them. I read all the negative reviews, obviously they were only going in one direction, you have to go back-and-forth, back-and-forth with it.Now I need to do my couches.Buy one or two.I highly recommend.

I am blown away by the functionality of this product !I have two dogs and was vacuuming the sofa and other cushions every day (this is hard on the sofa). With this product, I can get ALL the dog hair of all the cushions quickly, easily and completely in a couple of minutes. This saves my back and my expensive vacuum to do the important jobs. Would highly recommend to anyone with pets.
