As a model building tool for dioramas it's pretty nice. And with the right paper types it works well I use paper streamers or raffia paper but I heard the best material is origami paper.

This punch does a great job punching out these leave shapes. I use colored paper which match the leave colors I'm hoping to utilize. I punch out a bunch and keep them it a plastic container.
