I was so happy to finally find “Bloch” available in my size, so I quickly ordered the 37.5 EU. However, they sent me the wrong size; 35 EU. It is quite frustrating! I’m a dancer and really need a quality pair or dance practice shoes and “Bloch” are known to be the best! :( very unlucky experience!

My shoe size is US38, I ordered US39 and yet it is still too small. Do you allow a change in size? My toes are touching the front, its painful and not comfortable. I cannot wear them.
