I’m really happy with this spirulina powder. I’ve been using it in smoothies and yogurt for a pinch of colour and it does not disappoint! I imagine if I was baking with it the colour vibrancy would be reduced, but that’s to be expected.

This is my first time using this brand's Blue Spirulina powder. Just like other brands I've tried before, it's similar and of high quality.It has a light scent to it, nothing overpowering. The powder is a fabulous blue, which easily dissolves and doesn't get clumpy. I might be a little different – I'm not putting it in smoothies or chia pudding. I like to put it in iced coffee, and it does not change the flavour of the drink at all.I highly recommend this Blue Spirulina powder.
