These little BMI tapes are superb! The best feature is being able to accurately measure inside reveals with it - something that's impossible with a standard tape. Hold the body tight up against the face, extend the tape to the opposite face and read the width from the top window. Just remember that you're reading right to left when you take the measurement!Another excellent design feature is the omission of the old inch scale that most of us never use. It irritates me immensely when I need to measure from the top of a tape and metric is on the bottom! No such issue here.BMI are a German, family owned company, and manufacture high quality measuring tools. This small, neat, easily pocketable tape measure is one of them, and I recommend it highly.
