I ordered Now steel cut oats, this was a replacement I didn’t ask for. Taste bad with a rancid smell and taste, also has black bits.

I actually like regular oats better, but this ok. It has a lot of fiber. Needs to be cooked the maximum cooking time or the oats will be too crunchy. I believe these are better for you if you have diabetes or sugar issues.

I trust Bob’s Red Mill for quality ingredients and they did not disappoint with these steel cut oats. Think hearty cream of wheat, but oats. Makes a satisfying creamy bowl of hot cereal with great flavor if you make it with water or milk.
