Received item in good condition. We bought canned corn and added to the mix. Result is good.

Followed the directions exactly, and made them in muffin tins. They were excellent. Great consistency and taste.

No one knew it was gluten free until I told them. Tastes like the real thing. I added chopped jalapeños and grated sharp cheddar for extra zip. This is now my "go to" mix. Just as good as cornbread made from scratch.

It bakes well, for gluten free it does have a nice texture (fluffy,crisp top, slight crumble). My only gripe is to add more salt to the mix before you bake it for it is a little bland.
