I love double walled glasses. This one has the most pleasing shape to hold. The size is exactly right for tea. I brew Green; Oolong; Black and even White Tea. I use a hybrid preparation method. It has several steps and involves blanching once at boiling for 30seconds, adding the correct water temperature and at least 3 pourings into the cup then returning it to the teapot. A double walled glass cup helps me see the strength of the brew as I progress.The glasses allow you to hold hot tea at the correct temperature for drinking comfortably. The different colours of each different tea can be appreciated properly with a double walled cup. The slight inwards curve of this particular cup from bodum helps retain the aroma of the tea and make it easier to savour.All the above make this particular double walled cup perfect for appreciating fine quality teas from different parts of the world.
