I have searched the internet first to understand which models there are out there and what people say and recommend. I had doubts that the disc would last long as it's made of plastic. All available discs are made of hard plastic but I was still doubtful. Also I noted when I was researching twisters that most people were not happy about the size of the disc. It was my concern too. Most of the discs on the internet are around 25cm. But the one from Body Sculpture is 29cm. So that was a plus when I decided to go for this one. Overall very happy with the disc - it works well, moves easily from side to side and it feels sturdy (I even use it on the carpet and don't feel wobbly). I give it 5 stars. If it was up to me though I would develop an alternative model without the massage points. I don't quite understand their value - they just hurt my soles. Massaging aside, it is still a good disc and good value for money. The description on Amazon says the colour is Pink - the disc is actually Black as on the picture. I was happy with black. But in case you are looking a pink disc, it is not.
