Packing and delivery excellent. Disappointed with the item. You must be able to read a diagram pattern which is printed on the reverse of the picture. Alternatively a written pattern is available in an accompanying instruction book, but the text print is tiny and in a light colour so for me almost impossible to read comfortably. Great concept and lots of lovely designs - for those with good eyesight / able to follow diagram pattern.
