Der Boxsack muss erst aufgepumpt werden.und da braucht man etwas Kraft. Die mitgelieferte Pumpe ist recht klein. Aber wenn es einmal geschafft ist, macht es riesigen Spaß, damit zu trainieren.

Das Gerät kam zwar ohne Anleitung, der Zusammenbau ging trotzdem problemlos.Die mitgesendeten Handschuhe wanderten sofort in die Tonne.Ansonsten freue ich mich auf das Training.
