Replaced all my plastic cutting boards. Wood is problematic from a germ/cleaning standpoint, those fake wood resin cutting boards are grotesquely overpriced, and I wasn't thrilled with tempered glass. I really like this stainless steel one! It's dishwasher safe and the silicone border keeps it from sliding around. Great item. Very slim too, so takes up less storage space.

Great cutting board. I searched a long time to find one that was stainless steel on both sides, had a protective trim, and that I could hang on the side of my cupboard for easy reach. This fit the bill on each count. I took away 1 star because it’s a bit heavy, and the handle is not made of steel, but only an extension of the trim material. That is a bit inconvenient as I have to carefully hang it so as not to stress the trim material.

After some failed cutting boards (too long a story), we bought this. It sticks firmly to the kitchen counter. It isn't adding plastic or wood to our food. So all around, a great purchase.
