worked out very nice; I already had the pols and just needed the top / bottom to support the boat coverlooks great will know as soon as the next rain and wind storm comes thru but looks like this will be great

Use this to support 8x8 awning for overlanding. Keeps rain from bowing the awning down and provides light mount

These will work without the straps if you’re very careful setting up your boat cover, but they tip over very easily. I recommend using them only as designed. Tried to use two of these in a large boat without straps and it was a pain because they keep tipping over with the slightest cover adjustment. Not giving a bad review because the items are nice and I wasn’t using with the straps.

Not supper tough, better in non snow states
