Yes, it’s instable sometimes because when turning the frame the screws get looser and tighter. But using this for my large bargello project saves me so much time because I can use 2 hands. So glad I bought this.

Great piece. Not difficult to put together; only the two pieces that make up the stand were a bit hard to slot and align, but with a bit of force and much twisting I got there in the end. Would give it three extra stars if I could, for being made in Europe!!

Bought this stand and frame for myself with a gift card for Christmas. The wood is sturdy and beautiful. The frame and stand were very easy to put together and, best of all, the cloth stays nice and tight in it with the provided clips. I'm able to adjust it so I can sit comfortably in a variety of positions, whether cross legged in front of it or with legs stretched out beneath it.This frame and stand is far superior to the old one I have which is tightened by wing nuts. The wing nuts would hurt my hands and would never stay tight. With the wooden knobs and being able to use a phillips head screwdriver, tightening is a breeze. Excellent product and I highly recommend it!
