Arrived on time ewel well packaged.Registered for 3 year warranty on Bosch DIY App and assembled with ease.Note that it comes with a small bottle of oil , I invested in an extra litre. Maintenance is clear and straight forward. Follow the tensioning instructions. Parts easily identified at the end of the manual which is available to download.Had a practice go on a hedge and was impressed bearing in mind its a mini chainsaw. went through thick branches easily.I have a number of Bosch 18V tools and have a charger and 3 batteries which allows for tool availability.
