The design error with this shelf is that the plastic shelf can be easily damaged. Its only a small piece of plastic that holds it in place.However that is not a reflection on this item, once you've bought the fridge you have to make do.Ive ordered 2 of these items and both arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and unscathed. They fit my fridge perfectly and am very happy with them.
