Bosch gives one of the worst types of customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful and they completely ignore laws on quality and performance control. These drills are decent enough but if anything is wrong with a Bosch product, good luck.

Drillbit collapsed on itself and becoming unusable after only 20 holes in it's intended drilling surface: concrete.Might be fine for a long time for stuff like brick, but don't buy this if you plan on going heavy on cement.
