Qualidade

Gli utensili della Bosch sono da sempre sinonimo di grande qualità e questo trapano non è da meno. Si tratta della linea per hobbisti e non quella professional ma risulta un ottimo prodotto per impieghi occasionali. Il trapano è leggero ha un kit basico ma è molto funzionale e potente. Un’unica nota negativa riguarda ilMandrino autoserrante. Intuitivo e facile da usare mal digerisce le punte di grandi dimensioni e richiede una certa accortezza di impiego. Nel mio caso dopo pochi utilizzi complice una punta un po’ troppo larga, si è spaccato non serrando più le punte. Su questo aspetto una nota di merito al servizio clienti di Bosch. Trattandosi di un prodotto in garanzia ( ma fuori dal reso Amazon) è stato sufficiente compilare un form online attraverso lo stesso sito Amazon ed il corriere dopo due giorni ha ritirato il trapano. Dopo una settimana il trapano ( perfettamente riparato) era nuovamente a casa sempre con corriere ( dopo aver ricevuto mail su tutte le fasi dell’assistenza). Anche se il prodotto probabilmente ha un mandrino.. un po’ delicato.. l’efficienza del servizio manutenzione Bosch lo rende comunque un eccellente acquisto per hobbisti e per il fai date. Per i professionisti suggerisco prodotti di altra caratura ( e prezzo).
