Item was supplied to UK with a Euro 2 pin plug. Vendor would not send an adaptor but offered to reimburse cost of adaptor from a shop. I informed them that it is illegal to supply UK customers with 2 pin plug, even with an adaptor. Responses were fast and freindly, but all in all poor customer service after supplying an illegal item to UK customer. Be wary of plugs on Amazon and if in doubt, check with the vendor. The food processor is very nice.

Bella machina, comoda e facile da pulire, unica pecca che alla massima velocità fa un po' troppo rumore. Non lo so se la userò per impasti come la pizza e pane, non mi da tanta fiducia, non mi sembra abbastanza robusto. La uso solo per i pan di Spagna e le creme che comunque soddisfacente.
