It's an attachment for the Bosch food mixer. It has to go into the freezer for at least 18 hours before hand. It came with a tiny recipe leaflet and some ice-creams using simple ingredients and I have to say that it made the most amazing strawberry ice-cream ever!

Scrivo la mia recensione dopo aver provato la sorbettiera.Parto con l'unica nota a sfavore che avevo già letto nelle recensioni precedenti e che purtroppo devo confermare: per sganciare il cestello dalla base ci vuole tanta pazienza e la forza di Maciste...inoltre si riesce a fare solo quando mani e cestello sono perfettamente asciutti.Nonostante questo difetto, che non considero da poco perchè mi ha fatto venire quasi la voglia di restituire il prodotto, decido di dare ugualmente 5 stelle perchè è stato capace di fare un sorbetto buonissimo e cremoso con solo 3 ingredienti: acqua, zucchero e frutta.Naturalmente si deve avere l'accortezza di tenere il cestello nel freezer e di utilizzare gli ingredienti freddi, ma il risultato è eccezionale, almeno secondo i miei gusti.Confermo pure che il ricettario è un po' povero, ma documentandosi su internet si riesce a trovare ciò che serve. Io per esempio ho fatto il sorbetto alle pesche sciogliendo 150gr di zucchero in 200gr di acqua e aggiungendo 400gr di pesche sbucciate e frullate.

Täglich köstliches, cremiges und frisch zubereitetes Eis in allen Variationen. Schmeckt wie in der Eisdiele! Man kann selbst bestimmen, welche Zutaten enthalten sind, da ist das Eis wirklich noch gesund. Zubereitungszeit ca. 10 Minuten und in 20 Minuten ist das Eis fertig gerührt, reicht für ca. 3-4 Portionen.Nachteile:- es muss rasch verzehrt werden, wenn man es auf Vorrat einfrieren will, wird es steinhart und man bekommt es nicht aus der Packung.- man kann pro Tag nur eine Eissorte zubereiten, da die "Kühlung" nicht ausreicht bis die zweite Eissorte fest genug ist.Ich kann des Speiseeisbereiter absolut empfehlen. Vor allem im Sommer hat meine Familie eine große Freude, wenn es Eis als Nachspeise oder zwischendurch gibt. Die Zutaten haben ich immer zu Hause (Milch, Zucker, ev. Ei, Früchte oder Schokolade) und somit haben wir jederzeit köstliches Eis und brauchen nicht extra in den Supermarkt fahren.
