I upgraded from the 125mm Bosch 18V to this.Machine does a really good job and I have no major complaints, it is a quality tool.Velcro Pad is not the best and I should have gotten a pad saver as it is wearing out quick and using Mirka papers they tend to fling off quickly. For this I take a star off the score.

I was not expecting this sander to be as good as it is. I'm really pleased with its sanding capabilities, and I'll never be going back to manual sanding after using this. The included sanded paper, dust box and guard ring mean you've got all the equipment you need to start sanding surfaces. Well, once you've invested in a compatible battery that is.It's very disappointing that at a battery isn't included at all, and a battery will set you back about £40, so be aware of this before purchasing. Whilst you are getting a VERY good sander, you will NOT be getting anything to power it until you pony up for a battery.The design feels very comfortable in the hand, and even with so much power in the sanding functionality, it didn't feel out of control or at all tricky to wield. It is quite a loud device, though that's to be expected. Even at level 1 speed/power, it does make me jump when it's turning on. I haven't been brave enough to test any of the speedsettings above 1 because of this - have earplugs, too stubborn to wear them.It would get the 5 star rating if only they had included a battery, but this really is a quality sander that will do you proud.

Excellent quality. Heavy duty. One thing seems missing from the spec on the Amazon listing is that this unit is *brushles*, which means it will probably last almost indefinitely. It feels comfortable to hold, not too heavy, etc. One other note is that whilst my tools are mostly of another brand, don't let that put you off; you can get shims to convert one manufacturer's battery to another manufacturer's tool. And this is what I've done, and it works just fine. Very pleased with it. Not tested the dust collection yet but there is provision for this.

A very good tool with one drawback. The sole's velcro is very weak. The ProCore 4Ah drains the battery quite quickly, but that's understandable. Very convenient to use. The vibration is not big, the hand is comfortable. If the Velcro on the sole was strong, then I think the machine would be close to ideal
