Avevo bisogno di un apparecchio "tutto-fare" per un primo esame delle murature, con impianti interni, e dei getti in calcestruzzo armato. Ho trovato l'apparecchio molto semplice da usare e piuttosto efficace, se lo si sa usare nel modo giusto e senza pretendere l'impossibile. È un notevole aiuto per trovare la posizione di elementi metallici (armature, profili, cavi, tubazioni) e anche non metallici (legno, tubi in plastica). Molto utile anche l'identificazione dei cavi elettrici che sono sotto tensione e quindi più pericolosi. Lo consiglio quindi certamente. D'altronde il marchio Bosch è molto conosciuto e apprezzato.

Excellent Bosch product. Perfect for scanning walls and floors in all buildings. It gives me the full image of hidden objects including plastic water pipes. Huge saving on cost through Amazon retailer. Highly recommended for the construction industry.

I'm in CA, US. I purchased this tool to detect wood studs behind stucco but it performed very poorly. On drywall it performed very well, very accurate and repeatability was great; but so is a $30 tool. Behind stucco it would not detect wood studs where it should and it would detect stuff where there should've been nothing. You do have to learn how to use the tool because it relies on the wheels to keep a memory of what is behind the wall; the wheels cannot slip and must roll completely horizontally. I used a piece of cardboard which works very well to keep the wheels on track and to prevent slipping, especially on the rough stucco. I called Bosch support but they had no further suggestions.
