De beroemde BOSS FV-300 was 14 jaar lang hét industrie standaard volumepedaal. Vandaag ligt de lat nog hoger met de BOSS FV-500H (mono, hoge impedantie) en FV-500L (stereo, lage impedantie) pedalen. Deze robuuste gegoten pedalen zijn ontworpen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de meest veeleisende gebruikers. De pedalen bieden een stijlvol ontwerp, een stevige constructie en een comfortabele, soepele werking.

Boss makes great pedals and this is definitely one of them that serves a simple purpose. Great build quality and also has an Expression out jack and serves that purpose too if needed. It is a very large pedal so many would not consider it pedal board friendly but I don't care about that. There are much smaller volume pedals for that purpose but if you'r looking for one to last many many years and do the job this is it.

I bought this after returning a Boss FV-50H as it was made of plastic and wouldn't have the durability I need. I am so glad I did.This is true Boss/Roland quality. Solid metal casing with a larger volume sweep than the FV-50H. Heavy and with rubber feet so it won't move. Big enough for big feet and a truly non-slip top. There are also heel and toe bumps which sets this pedal apart, even from more expensive ones like Morley's Little Alligator. This allows me to know exactly where my foot is on the pedal so I can be sure of the same foot position at all times. This makes use more consistent and predictable.In addition, there is adjustable baseline volume and adjustable tension to give the pedal more resistance if desired. Dedicated tuner out with no impact on output volume or increased noise. It even can double as an expression pedal.Only potential issue for some people might be the weight it adds to a pedalboard - 1.6kg.This is the best volume pedal I've used and I expect it might be the only one I will ever need.
