I prefer using a straw while driving and working (teacher). Let’s me keep my eyes on the road, or on the rugrats! I’ve had a LOT of sippy straw water bottles over the years. This one is the most ergonomically pleasant on my lips AND also the smoothest sipper ever. For one of my recently purchased (not this one) water bottles I literally get sore lips from all the suction needed to get the water out through the straw. This water bottle is absolute magic at the straw. I wouldn’t write this if I didn’t believe it! I need to buy more of these and throw all the rest out!

The water bottle comes with 2 drinking options; a chug option and a sip option. The chug option works well to transfer water to another bottle or glass but the opening is too small and awkward to use without spilling. The sip straw option works well but is very difficult to clean. The bottle was basically a usable sip bottle which I would have given a 3 or 4 until the tab on top broke off and made the sip straw/cap unusable just after the Amazon return window. Noting the promised warranty statement "send a note and we will fix it" I sent a note explaining the issue and being just past the return window and got a reply to return it and order a new one. Explained this was no longer possible but never received any reply. Won't deal with this seller or buy this again.

Nice size thermal bottle . Plastic straw gives water a funny taste the first couple times i used it but its getting better now.
