This is a very lightweight chain which is perfect for what i want to use it for. To use for jewellery i think it is a little to lightweight but then i do not make jewellery with this kind of chain so wouldnt be the best person to ask. I shall be using it making cards and it will be perfect for that being as though it is light. Very pleased with it and it is good value.

Hmmm, the links are larger than I had envisaged, my fault for not having any sense of size unless the thing is right there in front of me. The chain looks loads better out of its packaging but getting the packaging off is a feat in itself - someone has gone mad with the shrink wrap! I wouldn't use this for women's jewelry, as it's really not delicate enough, but for men it would be okay. It may prove useful for handbag handles - quite handy to hide it inside the strap or just sewn onto the strap making it slash proof and much harder to steal. I suppose I could also use it as the chain on key rings. At the time of this review, the 16.4ft of chain was £7.89. I don't think I'd be delighted with this at that price if I had intended it just for women's jewelry, but I have plenty of alternative uses for it.
