I was looking for a pair of headphones that would offer a bit better ANC compared to my Marshall Monitor 3, but equally great sound as the Marshall. First of all, I'd like to say that the built quality is great. Even though they are plastic, compared to the Marshall Monitor 3 which are way more premium and made of aluminum, the B&W Px7 are really great. Great clamping on my head, but I think this is the result of the fact that they don't fold, as the Marshall Monitor 3 do. They are very comfortable and the ANC is very good indeed. I think slightly better than the Marshall Monitor 3.And that's where the advantages end (for me). The sound significantly falls behind the Marshall Monitor 3, which are an industry leader. The Px7 sound is clearly muffled, with bass hitting you and giving a more "closed" sound space result, leaving the mid-range contained. Things can get a bit better if you increase the sound, but then you risk damaging your hearing.. Unfortunately B&W's app is so basic, not only for the Px7 but for the more expensive models as well, like the Px7 s2e (which I have also tried for a few days) and the Px8. You can only adjust treble and bass, which doesn't help with the overall sound quality. Also, while B&W says that the headphones are no nonsense, but Marshall and Bose have the Soundstage and Spatial Audio which further improves sound.Finally, when I tried listening to the same songs with the same equaliser settings on my iphone, the Marshall Monitor 3 managed to produce a 13 quality which was more “clear”, with a crisp sound (as much as this is possible when using an iphone 13), while the Px7 severely suffered from lack of clarity and sound quality.

The quality of the products is low. Bearings wear out quickly. Bower & Wilkins refuses to exchange them under warranty. Non-existent customer support. Run away from this brand.

Après quelques semaines d'utilisation, une grande satisfaction notamment sur la qualité du rendu sonore quel que soit le type de musique écoutée. La réduction de bruit s'avère à la hauteur même dans un environnement bruyant, l'isolement est là. L'autonomie permet de rester plusieurs jours sans avoir à le recharger. La connexion multiple sur plusieurs appareils et très pratique et sa réactivité (s'arrête automatiquement dès qu'on le retire de l'oreille) une bonne surprise.un léger point faible (pour les mélomanes exigeants) est peut être à chercher du côté du manque de possibilités détaillées de réglages manuels proposés par l'appli de Bowers & Wilkins. Un bel achat.

Nie jestem melomanem z super słuchem, ale wydaje mi się, że akustycznie jest super. Drobne minusiki, to przy nowych słuchawkach zbyt mocna sprężyna pałąka i troszkę zbyt uciska głowę, ale liczę że siecsamomułoży. Obsługa dwóch urządzeń nie jest tak doskonała jak w przypadku SONY i potrafi się pogubić. Przydałby się do apki na telefon widget z podstawowymi ustawienuami.

First off, I don't like the idea of wireless headphones. They can never compete with wired headphone simply as Bluetooth cannot transmit the same as a wired connection.That being said, they are convenient and I ordered these to go with my Fiio M11s hi Res audio player. And I am glad I did. Initially I had posted a review on the Fiio stating how the sound was perfectly clear but lacked depth and bass - and that was paired with my set of Shure Aeonic In Ear headphones. As soon as I connected these B&Ws the clarity and the depth of sound and bass was all there and present, and it sounds superb.They come with ability to connect via a USB-C cable which improves the sound further.Superb sound, really good build quality, top brand who are seriously good with their speakers. No negatives at all.

Buon isolamento, ottima cancellazione del rumore, materiali e touch and feel molto premium. La modalità trasparenza non è il top, e non supportano l’audio spaziale, ma per il resto la qualità, soprattutto su medi ed alti, è eccellente. Funzionano egregiamente anche in chiamata, abbinate ad iPhone

Can write as I find and being a closed back was expecting a slightly muffled sound I usual listen through sen hd600 ovation or a Philips fidelio pair both great via headphone amp or just hifi but I get nothing but moans and groans as noise leakage, so the bowers phones came, nicely packaged and a really good quality case, I got the blue colour just because of the price difference bit of a no brainer, well we are about 6 months in now I find build quality great no issues at all, comfort on my big head even when wearing glasses great, battery life is amazing and sound is just another level to my ears, my sons run Sony wm5 and bose both came in more more expensive than the bowers although they were on a great offer for the colour but we are all in agreement they smash the other headphones in every way, if they broke tomorrow I would totally without hesitation just replace with the same like for like. Outstanding in every respect.
