Choosing the perfect headset was a tough decision with so many opinions out there. After much consideration, I narrowed it down to the B&O HX and B&W Px8, despite all the mixed reviews. I also considered the Apple AirPods Max, Bose QuiteComfort Ultra, and Sony WH-1000XM5—but thankfully, I didn’t go that route.One thing I’ve learned: don’t let too many critics sway you, especially when they push mainstream options like Sony or Bose. If you truly want an unparalleled listening experience, invest in high-end audio. The B&W Px8 is worth every cent! The sound is phenomenal, the noise cancelling is pure immersion, and the quality is simply next level.Give yourself a present—you deserve it. Go for the Px8, and you won’t regret it! 🎧✨

At first hearing I was rather enthousiastic. The sound was so warm and pleasant. But after a couple of longer sessions I found myself returning to my Airpods PRO! The delivery of the sound with the PX8 is just too mashy. There is too much added so it seems. I tried all setting (there are not many) and nothing helped. Listening is tiring and I don't want that for 500 euro's

So let me start by saying these are the best sounding earbuds I’ve ever used. Especially if using the case to transmit the sound to the headphones via USBC. That’s an awesome feature. Unfortunately the good sound is where the positives end.Everything about the firmware on these things is bad. This is before AND after the V3.0 firmware they released. I would say the right earbud gets recognized maybe 40% of the time when I take them out and put them in, resulting in me needing to put it back in the case and take it back out.The app will see the headphones like half of the time tops. The other times it just won’t connect to them.I’ve needed to delete them from the paired devices on my phone numerous times now because they’ll add themselves as a new Bluetooth device to the phone and then try to connect twice. No other headphones I have do this.Today for a while changing between the modes by touching the earbud, it would make the sound as if it was changing modes, but not change the mode. I had to go into the app to change the mode.The microphone is also so bad that you’re significantly better off just taking them out if you get a call. I’ve had people hang up on me because they can’t hear me through the microphone and thought something was wrong.If you want really good sound that you can only hear after battling a lot of bugs, these are great little earbuds. If you want headphones that just work without troubleshooting them every single time, I would take the hit on sound quality and get almost any other brand.Here’s to hoping they release firmware to fix the buds but in their current state I cannot recommend them for almost anyone.

These headphones are amazing and easily the best headphones I've ever used!To start with the audio quality is amazing, I've tested them using a range of devices with multiple codecs, AAC, AptX HD and AptX Adaptive.Now for the best quality possible, your going to want to use AptX Adaptive. If your devices don't support it you can buy a Bluetooth dongle with support for the codec on Amazon (such as the Sennheiser BT 600). I've had no issues with the Sennheiser after updating the firmware, and there is a substantial jump in quality so I'd say the extra £30 is well worth it! (Compatible with Mac, PC, iPhone, Android)Also a little tip if you get the Sennheiser do make sure to update the firmware using the utility on there website, I had some artifacts prior to doing so. And you can also store the dongle by plugging into the PX8's USB C port :).That being said the headphones still sound amazing even using basic AAC, the audio clarity is amazing and you can make out each individual instrument with the wide soundstage.It really seems Bowers and Wilkins put a lot of effort into the design of these headphones, from the moment you pick them up they scream quality. From the soft nappa leather, to the smooth action of the hinges and the way the drivers are angled to more closely fit your ears natural shape, no stone was left unturned during the design of these. They are what I'd say is the perfect weight. Not too lightweight to the point they feel flimsy and could be easily broken, but definitely not heavy to the point where wearing them for extended periods could cause pain.The battery life sits at an impressive 30 hours, with 15 minute quick charging via USB PD. They are very easy to use with a switch to power them on and they then automatically connect to your saved devices. (You can also connect them to multiple devices at once which is a plus)The active noise cancellation functions beautifully and really blocks out external sounds so you can focus in on your music or work. And the transparency mode is amazing for if your out and about and want to be aware of your surroundings.I can't really recommend these headphones enough if your in the market for a new pair. With the frequent sales on Amazon they really are a bargain for this level of quality, functionality, ease of use, and audio quality.

Excellent headphones so much better than Sony and Bose to which both have had there flag ship. Gorgeous design excellent materials and as for sound top notch. The problem with noise cancelling that is top line it ruins the sound so having less premium noise cancelling keeps quality top notch. The seal on headphones helps keep sound out without noise cancelling on anyway. Very comfortable also which Sony's aren't.

These are an incredible gems. I regard myself as a bit of an audiophile and never expected this quality to be available in wireless.What a thing of beauty it is to behold and to listen to. It looks and touches richness and luxury and beauty. The case is average sized and fits into your pocket without you noticing.The buds sit strong in your ears. They are incredibly lightweight and you won't know they are there. The fit is absolutely perfect. out of the box the M tips just slides in and holds tight. Providing good natural noise reduction.People talk about soundstage - listen to this and you will understand. You are sitting in front center and the band is performing right in front of you. And what measured sound it provides. The highs, the mids and the lows sing in perfect harmony. I always thought I wanted bass heavy sound but these are just an absolute delight. The EQ is there for more bass if you need but god you only need a tiniest puff of it. The quality is day and night between these and any others. I have listened to many.As for many people complaining about connectivity issues and app - app is completely functional and provides all the controls one needs. Connectivity has never been a problem. If you know how to use the phone and the app on the most basic level you will be fine.

This one is the best as it gets, clear and rich sound,great punchy bass. Combined with Qobus it literally makes the hair on my arms stand up
