I bought this for my husband, who is the Spanish tortilla maker in our house. After years of sliding the tortilla onto a plate in order to 'flip' it back into the pan halfway through cooking, I decided he might like to give this a go. We've had it for over a month now, and I can report that my hubby is one happy chappie.Mind you, so am I as we've getting twice the number of tortillas than we used to get.Important to read the instructions, especially to warm up BOTH pans before the 'flipping' part. We use both pans to cook the potatoes, then resume final cooking in one pan, with the other already heated ready to be attached and flipped.Highly recommend.
