This is the first time in many years that i have this in my bottle of ACV of Bragg.

I use it to suppress hunger when intermittent fasting while exercising in a fasted state. It supresses hunger well. I also use it to slow down carb digestion since ACV slows down the emptying of the stomach and increase the acidity of the stomach fluids (which stops enzymes from your mouth to break down the carbs). When I drink ACV during the dinner my blood sugers are much lower 2hrs after the meal than without ACV eating the exact same meal. Then you have the health benefits wich I cannot testify on, but the research shows astonishing benefits. Don't breath through your nose when you drink it, then it is perfectly fine. Later you get used to the smell and it is quite refreshing.

Gut

Me gusta mucho su sabor, no está fuerte y tiene un sabor más a manzana comparado con otras marcas que he comprado. El tamaño me gustó porque dura más y así no lo tengo que comprar tan seguido.

The fact that the mother is in there makes it most valuable. Been using this product regularly. Very happy with it.

I consume 1 spoon with water every evening. I see some results in terms of weight loss but that can be associated to other activities like going to gym or eating less overall. It taste good with salad too. I tried many brands for ACV but this one is the best so far.
