I bought mine from Amazon warehouse at a very good price. Frankly, I was expecting something was wrong with the scope giving it was returned and now is being sold as second-hand. I took the plunge and ordered it.Sure thing, it arrived with a broken focuser wheel (Erm, that's quite a damage, I thought). I called Amazon and they gave me a discount if I decided to keep the scope with the broken focuser. Examining the telescope again, turns out the focuser could be fixed. A coupler and some tightening ...and a lot of fiddling and it now works a treat.I believe Bresser needs to pay a little more attention to packaging, especially around the foucser area. I don't think it is that protective especially for a single speed focuser with a tiny bar/wheels.All complaints aside....I owned many types of telescopes, expensive and cheap. Considering the Bresser 152s/760 price I wasn't expecting a lot. I swallow my words, the scope build and engineering exceeded my expectation. It's actually pretty and very solid. The handles on top and back of the scope are well thought of.I tested the optics and they did very well. A little bit of CA, but nothing too bad.The focuser is perhaps the weakest link, but it's still solid enough to handle any size eyepieces. There's a little bit of flex when fully extended, but with most eyepieces you won't need to go all the way out.It comes with a plastic 1.25" diagonal...it works fine. But if you are a serious amateur astronomer, the first thing you'll do is ditch the stock diagonal and get a proper 2" diagonal. One plus of that is that it'll add extra weight around the focuser area, allowing you to slide the telescope slightly upwards on the mount, which will give you extra height when the scope is pointing at the zenith. The finder scope (at least mine) didn't come with an illuminated eyepiece. Not a big deal, I never felt illuminated eyepieces were significantly better than regular ones. All in all, for the price this telescope is magnificent and quite a keeper.

Consiglio vivamente un motore go to altrimenti il puntamento è praticamente impossibile.

A very good telescope for the money, when used with a V block filter most of the resultant false colour is removed. The finder bracket using nylon screws is very poor, I have replaced mine with a Williams Optics bracket which is superb. While the telescope for the money is excellent the 90 degree star diaganal is poor suffering from internal reflections. I wanted a short focus large aperture refractor for deep sky work, this telescope ticks all of the boxes. I contacted Bresser several times asking about the type of thread used for the finder bracket, no reply was received !
