I used the 6mm bar I already had but tried all the heads to see what 1 looked best. Each 1 screwed tight shut & didn't loosen. Iv got it in as a labret stud. Very dainty & tasteful which is what I wanted. Very good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's wanting a small, cute lip ring. Got delivered the next day. Wish you could get gold coloured 1s too as I'd buy them too. Best lip bars iv bought & for the price I was expecting them to be rubbish which was not the case. All in all fantastic 👏
