I bought both the straight glow plug pliers BT566002 and the angled glow plug pliers BT566003. The straight pliers are unpolished and look rather crude. The ends of the straight pliers are different sizes as if one side has had too much material removed. A sharp burr on one side needs to be filed down.The angled pliers are polished but again the ends are different sizes as if one side has been ground down too much. Too much material also has been filed off the top closing adjustment and they don't meet at that point.I won't be returning these because they will pull glow plug leads but I am quite disappointed to see the quality of their finishing. I expected better from KS Tools.

The design is well made, you have great access but can't use the tool properly. I bought a seal stamp tool from BGS, much better to do the job.
