I bought two of Brita set from Amazon. 6filters + water jug and this one with 12 filters. All filters from 6 filters set are made in Germany. I opened 12 set this week and all of the filters are made in China. I missed the return date because I opened the 6 filters set first. Really annoying. I would have returned this right away if I knew!

The product arrived with 11 filters instead of 12

we bought the product from warehouse with the description "minor scratch on the box" to save some money, while we received a completely broken box with only 11 filters (instead of 12) and a jar inside. Please think twice before you buy from Amazon warehouse, if "minor" problem is like that, what would more serious problem be like... NOT happy AT ALL!!!

I have been using Brita filters for three decades. I am astonished that while the box says 2.4 liters, it is only possible to have 1.4 liters of filtered water available at any one time. The claim on the box is untrue. I'm going to find an alternative. I do not recommend this product.

I'm a uni student living in halls and over the summer I've been trying to cut down on the amount of plastic waste I produce. So I thought this would be good to try so I wouldn't have to keep buying plastic water bottles every week bearing in mind that student halls taps aren't the best and the 'cold' tap tending to always be more on the warmer side which isn't that refreshing.Therefore, I optioned for this alternative as a slightly cheaper option as well as easier than carrying a 12 pack of water from the local store and then up 3 flights of stairs along with other essentials. The jug fits perfectly in the fridge and doesn't take up much room. The filters are easy to change once a month and the filtered water tastes really nice when chilled in the fridge compared to the warm water that the accommodation taps provide.Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone as an easier and cheaper option to water bottles.
