I wanted a replacement car seat to keep at my in-laws that would fit my average sized 8 year old for a few more years. We have Graco Nautilus seats, but to go older you only seem to be able to use a booster. Sorry, they're a bit dangerous so that's a no for me. Britax state that they don't like them either and design their seats to go older, so as this one was a good price (for temporary use) I got it. It's comfy and yes, she fits it a lot better than her Graco in my car. I will be swapping it actually as she's in our car a lot more than theirs. It seems to fit her better as the head rest goes up further thusly allowing her shoulders to fit into the seat properly. Her only gripe was that the Graco Nautilus has a cup holder AND two mini pockets on the inside. This just has cup holders.
