I have bought 6 of the Bronson++ HE-D 3000's. Two of them failed pretty quickly. I contacted Bronson and got a standard reply back. After explaining the issue with a video there was no reply ever since.I send these units to our repair shop and the conclusion is that it is a cheaply assembled Chinese product that is very unreliable, to the point that it is very unsafe to use for European standards. He is going to modify our units to make it safe to use, but out of the box it it can be a very unsafe product to use.I hope Bronson is reading this message and gets back to me for a solution or refund.But for now, I very much discourage people to buy this step-down transformer.

Non posso dare una valutazione completa , ma posso dire che il prodotto è di ottima qualità , e fa egregiamente la funzione per cui è stato progettato. Silenzioso in funzione e con un pannello di indicazioni semplici e chiare. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha necessità di di passare da un voltaggio 110/120-60hz a V. 220/50hz e spendere il giusto prezzo.

Engin assez massif, mais après plus d'une année fonctionne toujours aussi bien, dans un parfait silence de fonctionnement !On l'utilise avec une poêle à frire et à mijoter électrique de marque Presto, très connue et appréciée aux Etats-Unis, mais impossible à trouver ici ! Vous mettez les aliments, vous clochez, vous oubliez, les aliments ne bruleront jamais !Donc pour résumer un duo gagnant sur toute la ligne !

I go this to run my US imported outdoor oven which is 15amp and 110v.Some things to note about this when importing to the UK. Wall plugs are maximum 13amp and this device has a 16amp fuse in the plug. I had to get a plug converter like used with a shaver or toothbrush to fit the european standard pins into and convert to the usual UK 3 pin socket. It had a 5amp fuse in the plug converter so I had to change the fuse to 20amp because it wasn't possible to find a 16amp fuse (the fuses for household plugs in the UK are 6mm x 25mm ceramic). The device I am operating is from the US and is 15amp, so I had to ensure the fuse was exceeding the fuse in the plug supplied with the device or the bottle neck would be the 13amp fuse and keep blowing.It is only step down from 240v to 110v, although the booklet states its 120v/110v, the appliance has 4 x 110v outputs stamped on it.It can feed through 50hz and 60hz but will not step up or down the hz. In the US devices are mostly 60hz clock speed and in the UK they are 50hz clock speed, so the speed from the wall socket is already 50hz in the UK and it will be that speed all the way through to the device. All that will happen is the device will lose time, ie like when a battery is starting to run out and the item runs slower, it still runs though. Some people say it might burn out the appliance more quickly.I have read reviews about others being noisy. This was silent.It's quite heavy as to be expected.It scratched my kitchen worktop even though I handed it carefully, so I put some pads on the feet.

Lo compramos para una arrocera japonesa y funciona perfectamente. También lo hemos usado para plancha de takoyaki y perfecto. No hace ningún ruido ni olor. Eso sí es grande y pesa, pero eso no se puede cambiar. De momento genial.
