The product arrived safely with no damages. I've seen quite a few people saying they arrived damaged, and this is just my guess as someone standing outside looking in at their issue, but it seems tobe related to warmth. It seems like the cap was glued on after slight vacuum, and with the heat difference being so big causing the pressure to go up enough for it to "explode" with or without outside reason. So keep that in mind when buying.The product itself tasted nice, but one small caveat is that the balls are very uneven in size, making some of them difficult to suck up with a straw when you're drinking.Otherwise, they're good!
