Lovely finished Bucilla felt ornaments. Just note that the directions use different color combinations of felt on the ornaments than what is pictured on the package. There may not be enough of the pearl seed beads to complete all three ornaments as pictured.

The kit did not contain enough turquoise sequins to finish the teal bird. I only had enough for half the bird. I double checked the instructions and I used the turquoise sequins in the correct places. I'll have to order more sequins and hope they match. Most kits I've used had plenty of extra supplies to finish the product so this is disappointing. Other reviews have mentioned the same. Bucilla should review supplies needed and be sure the quantity is sufficient to complete the kit.

I just finished my little birds! It was a lot of fun.There were some snags. The kit didn’t give me enough red beads to complete it. I contacted the company and they said they’d send me more, but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten them yet. I got lucky and found identical beads at a nearby craft store and just used those.Also, the blue bird is a different color than the picture. The picture shows it as a soft teal, and the instructions even call it the “teal bird”, but the felt is actually a turquoise blue. A quite bright turquoise.As a result, the thread meant to go with that bird didn’t quite match.I used a different color (DMC 3846, if it helps anyone) blue from my own collection that matched far better.Other than those hiccups, I loved this kit. I’m thinking about making a short garland with these guys on it using some yarn from my stash.

This is a fun project to work on. The kit includes everything you need. All materials are of high quality. It is a great value for your money.
