Product was delivered before the expected day, black suitcase was packed in bubble wrap and two boxes for protection. I am very happy with the product, the case is very sturdy and good quality. Chips are nice in touch and well labelled. Generally this product is not the cheapest but should sustain hundreds of games.

The package came well packed in 3 layers of cardboard and 1 layer of bobble wrap.But the suitcase do not close all the way, this is not a flaw, just not a tight fit, so the chips had moved around still in the suitcase when i opened it.The chips however have not been damaged, just the wrap on some have broken.I was very exited for these chips, when you see the pictures, they are top-notch looking sharp!But, it is a different story when you see them in real life. Colors are a bit dull, but the front of the chips looks alright with a textured finish, that can make the text look a little smothered to the eye.The sides of the chips are very disappointing, for this price I expect them to look 100% sharpBut the majority is a dull smushed out number and signs.You can see my pictures, now pictures look better then in real life remember this.The purple is really sharp, but have some miss alignments of the numbers.Red is no existent, very very bad paintjob.. yellow is.. meeehBlue and gray look alike when you see them from the side.However the 1's are very sharp in textures on the sides.The worst of them is green, reed and yellow.Green is mixed, some are good some are bad, but non, and I mean non of them have the sharp image like you see on pictures on this sales advertisementI am very disappointed.Square Plaques are nice, but also a bit dull in colors and the sides have fainted motifs.I am in a pickle, I do not know I I want to keep this set..It is not just this set, I have also seen it on the 5k and 10K chips I ordered separately.One last thing.. even though this is not living up to the standard I hoped for, for the price..Customer service at Bullets Playing Cards are still fantastic!

Case is a poor build. Could not keep the chips in place during shipping and hunks of the foam used to keep the chips in place ripped. There are loose panels/accent pieces on the case as well. If you are looking for a good set with a good case this is not it. The plaques do not even sit fully in their spot and fall out. The poker manual it came with was scratched and torn. Chips are ok quality
