At first I tried to mount the seat using only the plastic dowels but it did not hold well enough. So I decided to use the washers and wing nuts. Unfortunately I did not notice one of the screws had a faulty thread in the middle part so when I tried to loosen it it was stuck and did not move a milimeter. I had to destroy the plastic dowel (which due to a very limited accessibility underneath the toilet took almost an hour...) to get the screw out of the hole in the toilet bowl, when I managed it took another 10 minutes to get rid of all the plastic around the nut so I could use the 10 mm side wrench but even with that it was impossible to loosen it. Eventually I had to fasten the screw with the blocked nut into a vice and, use angle grinder to pre-cut the nut and after that to break the rest with a chisel. In the end I had to use the thread cutter to fix the originally faulty thread. All in all I wasted some 2+ hours with this. I am not angry, the bolt is a mechanical part which can be faulty - but I suggest any other buyer should check the bolts very properly, maybe even put the nut on and make sure it can be fastened and loosened all the way before going to mounting the seat onto the bowl...Other than this the seat looks ok, let's see how it will do in time.
