These impact shorts make a world of difference in what my son dares to do without falling while indoor skating. He fell and hurt his hip and leg body and after a week wanted to go skating. He was less free in skateboarding as before the " fall" and we told him we would get him these. After reading many reviews on different shorts we went with this and no regrets. He fell again and yes he had a blue leg BUT no pain that was lasting. At first he felt awkward but now he never goes practicing without them. Must have for dare devils.

Overpriced but I do love them. Super comfortable. Have not taken any hard falls yet.
