I personally love butter on my toast and crumpets..This product solves the problem of having to soften the butter first in order to make it spreadable...Easy to use...simply wash before use...Dry then pour about an inch of cold water into the base unit then pack half a 250g stick of ( i prefer salted ) butter into the other half and your good to go...I find its easier if you leave the half stick of butter out of the fridge for a couple of hours which softens it and makes it easier to pack into the container..Pack it in tightly with the back of a spoon to make sure there are no air bubbles etc...Then just change the water every 3 or 4 days. The butter out of the unit is easily spreadable and the water creates an airtight seal which keeps the butter fresh for up to 30 days....Butter and water do not mix so when you lift the top of the container to scrape some butter out any water just drips off leaving you with lovely spreadable butter !!! Sorry i nearly forgot...when you first wash out the product and every time thereafter...after washing hold the top part of the unit under the running cold tap...this prevents the unit retaining any heat which might cause the newly packed in butter to fall out. One last thing.. this and most of all the other Butter bells out there hold half of a 250g pack of butter = 125g..Doesnt seem a lot but each refill on mine usually lasts around 2 weeks

Me gusto mucho este articulo, la mantequilla realmente aguanta fuera del refri, lo que no habia visto mencionado es que el agua se tiene que estar cambiando, lo cual hace sentido.Lo unico malo es que no resiste las caidas =(. pero me gusto tanto que tuve que comprar otra.

Jolie réalisation, qualité "à l'ancienne", agrémente joliment la table.
