Used this cable pair to send auxiliary output from my Allen Heath QU-16 studio mixer to a Yamaha AVR with hifi speakers. It's nice being able to just plug straight into both devices without separate adapters.

I needed this cord to connect a DAC to a Cambridge AXR-100 receiver. I had been using a 6' cable. That one was too long, and the excess cable created a visual mess that my wife couldn't abide.Cable Matters sells moderately priced products that perform well - especially when compared to similarly priced cables from other manufacturers. I would not call this an audiophile cord, but the connections are solid and the sound is free from static or dropouts. Even though the ends are molded, they feel secure and I don't anticipate any of the problems I have encountered with molded cables in the past. The PVC jacket is very flexible - another feature that compares favorably to other cables I have owned. I recommend this for anyone searching for a decent quality cable at a competitive price.
