I buy my girlfriend a bag of coco each year. This time I was disappointed, as the bag looked shabby (print on bag abraded & barely readable) and my suspicion was right. The time before the best before date was less than a year (sooner than the 1 year older bag I bought of the same product 1 year before).Had no time to refund (birthday). I figured they send me an old bag as I just had a guest account when ordered.-3 stars, because I expect quality and don't want to waste my time with refunds etc.Conclusion:Not trustworthy, such things don't happen by chance.Can't recommend this vendor.

These are my favorite chocolate chips for cookies, and I'm willing to stockpile this giant sac. The alternative, at least in Europe, is to buy tiny packages of chocolate chips from the supermarket, of inferior quality, and have to use non-integer fractions of them when making cookie dough. (In the US, you have the option of buying 16oz bags.)My friend's sister is a dessert chef, and these are her second favorite brand of chips. Her favorite is difficult to find in northern/central Europe, and I prefer these anyway.

I have bought Callebaut chocolate for years now. I love it on my breakfast greek yogurt with nuts and berries. I like this particular order because I have discovered that these little callets are easier than buying the big blocks and breaking it up with a food chopper or a coffee bean grinder. :)

Comme certains je m'en sers surtout pour manger comme ça dans un Skyr ou avec des fruits. On sent bien le cacao, peu sucré. La taille plus grand que des pépites classique fait que ça les rends tres croquant en bouche.Je les ai qd même essayer dans des cookies, c'est une tuerie !
