Aromatherapy has always been a large part of my culture so I was happy to give this a try. I have had this for about 2 weeks now and have used it every morning/evening along with any times in between I may have needed it.I keep it in my purse now so that when I’m dealing with a tough client or bad traffic, I can pull it out right away. I’ve been getting more and more anxiety, I find so this has done a decent job in nipping it in the bud.The light lavender and bergamot scent is probably my favourite. The only complaint I have is that I wish the scent lasted longer on my skin. Then again, everyone’s pH can affect the scent so maybe it’s just me. The great thing about it, though, is that I can reapply over and over and I still have a good amount left!It’s of course not quite beneficial for sever bouts of anxiety or stress but it helps with minor issues, if only by distracting you with its scent.Either way, I recommend it as a wonderful addition to your morning and evening routines. P.S. the packaging is simply adorable!
