I’m used to using a food processor, I bought this as a replacement.It’s quiet! It’s efficient! It’s easy to clean! It’s easy on my hands! It weighs almost nothing!It attached easily to my countertop with the suction cups, and snaps together effortlessly. I tried both carrots and cheese. The carrots shredded perfectly, the cheese gummed up a bit in the chamber but I used a table knife to get it out and no problem. Next time I’ll freeze it for about 1/2 hour to give it more stability. I shredded a pound of cheese in minutes.When I finished I realized only the cutting barrel and the food chute and pusher needed to be cleaned. I soaked the barrel for a few minutes and it came clean easily.I purchased a cheap plastic bin at a dollar store to keep the parts in.Highly recommend!
