If you have cards and batteries loose in your camera bag like I did, this is very convenient. The card case is heavy plastic and has a strong clasp. It's not going to open up in your bag and dump the contents. It has room for a couple of extra batteries as well as several cards and any other small items loose in your bag. Very happy with this case. It's working perfect to keep my cards and batteries together and safe.

Pensavo che la custodia LYNCA fosse stagno cioe se mi cadeva in acqua avrebbe tenuto le batterie al sicuro invece non solo non era ermetica ma è entrata acqua pure sulle plastiche nere peccato sembrava a primo impatto un buon prodotto ma era tutt'altro grazie.

Very versatile is a big plus. It possibly flips open a bit easier than I would prefer and the handle/opener protrudes a bit, so they could break easier than if flush. I would not trust it with a clumsy person throwing it in with light stands but for a family camera flight bag, it's all most would ever need.
