I don't know why the seller states it should not be used with an iPhone 14, but I don't expect any problems since I am not directly clipping it to the phone.The instruction manual states, "When the light is on, do not look directly at the light source to avoid eye damage." It has a wheel to control the brightness, and I recommend setting it to the lowest level. At that level, I would not expect any eye damage. I would not want to look at it at its brightest setting, but that could be good outdoors at night for taking pictures.It is easy to use. I like that it turns on with a switch instead of a button to press. It has two wheels for adjustment, one for brightness and the other for color. There is an indicator that displays the battery state while charging.

Test pince lumière selfieTrès bon accessoire. Il est efficace en diffusant une lumière douce et puissante. Toutefois, il ne faut pas être trop éloigné du sujet.Plusieurs niveaux d'intensité. Différentes températures de couleurs.Torche pour selfie, mais pas que. Je l'utilise pour éclairer des sujets, pour accompagner des commmentaires de tests par exemple. Je positionne donc la torche sur le téléphone suivant les besoins.Pour une prise de vue non stabilisée sur un pied, le bouton ON/OFF s'avère un peu difficiles à manipuler car il est dur et pas assez saillant. C'est un coup de main à attraper quand on veut manipuler l'éclairage tout en filmant ou se déplaçant. Sur un pied, cela ne porte pas à conséquence.Un défaut plus ennuyeux est le faible écartement des joues de la pince. Car, comme d'habitude, les concepteurs ne pensent pas que les smartphones sont, la plupart du temps, dans une coque et que celle-ci prend de l'épaisseur. Du coup, la tenue de la pince sur le smartphone est précaire et saute facilement quand le téléphone est tenu en main.Conclusion : trois étoiles seulement uniquement à cause de ce dernier point qui est handicapant.
