I snapped this sleeve off of my Campy rear derailleur and was thankful to find it on Amazon. Even though the part numbers change around, if your derailleur is post 2003 (possibly even earlier), this piece will work fine for you. Note that the color of the piece may be different from what is currently on your bike. Mine came as a much more silver & robust looking piece. Still fits and functions perfectly.
