The product is exactly as ordered and works well. The delivery was dreadful - looking at the tracking information it says it was handed to a resident - very strange as we drove out of the no through lane as the delivery van turned in. Also would any of us leave the package sitting outside in pouring rain on the path leading to the front door. If it had been left on the box by the front door (under the porch) as all other amazon drivers do - it would have been dry and the packaging not soggy and falling apart when we got home.
